Lotted Inventory Inquiry

The Lotted Inventory Inquiry generates a display of the lot history of all inductions and releases for a lot, including lot status and when lots were opened and closed. Inductions are created through Receiving Purchase Orders, Inventory Transfers, Planned Transfers, Work Orders, Inventory Adjustments, and adding back inventory on Credit Orders. Releases are created through shipped Sales Orders, Inventory Transfers, Planned Transfers, and Completed Work Orders.

The report can be filtered and sorted by location, item, customers with non-owned inventory, lot, and the Item Info Lot Info Text 6 field. It is ideal for quickly finding inductions and releases for a single item or lot; however, it can be run for several items and lots by using an item maskA mask is used to conduct a wild card search. Visually a mask is represented by a series of forward slash marks (///), sometimes with a letter, letters, or number(s) preceding it (1/// or AB///). For example, if you enter ////////, this indicates that you want to list all items defined in the system.
